Our Answer

The stock SC10 RTR with a brushed motor is going to be a little slow. Most people are running brushless motor with LiPo battery packs, which will get your SC10 over 30 MPH. If you are running against people with a brushless/LiPo setup, you will be a big disadvantage if you have the stock brushed motor and NiMh packs.
