Our Answer

If you have Goosebumps or another soft compound tire, the rears will wear out in about 10-20 runs, depending on the surface. The fronts will last substantially longer (about twice as long), and we actually like the fronts to wear out a little to give the back-end more grip.

If you are using stock tires, those things will last a long time. The more you use them, the more they will soften up and they will actually run better on high traction tracks.

If you are racing, you need to have soft compounds in the back. We suggest buying one pair of rears for practice, and reserving another pair for racing only.
